Applications are invited for the following vacant positions in Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) unit of Vanvasi Seva Kendra, Adhaura, Kaimur:

1. Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) Vacancy in Vanvasi Krishi Vigyan Kendra Recruitment:

One post in the discipline of Agrometeorology.

Essential Qualification:

Masters degree in Agrometeorology / Meteorology / Agronomy. Candidate having degree in Agrometeorology would be given preference.

Desirable : 2-3 years experience in KVK or any Agricultural Research / Extension Project of ICAR / Agricultural University.

Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600-39,100 (GP Rs. 5,400/-) as per 6th CPC or proposed 7th CPC prorate Rs. 56,100-1,77,500/-

Age limit : 21-32 years as on date of advertisement, relaxation in upper age limit would be provided as per rules of ICAR.

2. Agromet Observer Vacancy in Vanvasi Krishi Vigyan Kendra Recruitment:

Essential Qualification :

10+2 in science stream with basic knowledge of computer operation.

Desirable : 1-2 years working experience in any Agrometeorology / Meteorology laboratory unit.

Pay Scale : Rs. 5,200-20,200 (GP Rs. 2,000/-) as per 6th CPC or proposed 7th CPC prorate Rs. 21,700 – 69,100/-

Age limit : 18-27 years as on date of advertisement, relaxation in upper age limit would be provided as per rules of ICAR.
